No refunds will be given for missed or unused services.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the client. If a visitor visa is needed, we could assist you with arranging your visitor visa for an additional fee.
You must follow the Company’s driver and third party’s driver/tour guide/staff at all times. We reserve the right to remove or exclude any client that poses any harm or danger to other people on the group.
We assume no responsibility for loss or damaged property as it is your responsibility to guard your personal belongings at all times. We do not accept any responsibility for injuries suffered beyond our control-during the tour or while participating at experience offered by our Partner Tour Operators.
We do encourage you to arrange your own travel insurance to cover such events.
Itinerary for each tour/package is stated on every listing or what is agreed upon for custom tours. We reserve the right to modify/change the itinerary in the interest of the group/clients as a whole and for reasons beyond our control.
If we act as an agent for 3rd Party Tour Operators included on the itinerary (e.g. Hobbiton Movie Set Tour, Waitomo Glowworm Caves Tour & others) we do not accept responsibility for their failure of providing their services as stated. In any case it will not be possible to carry on with the itinerary as planned due to weather or road conditions, we will do our best effort to find alternative routes/activities, but we are not liable to refund any tour & transfer fees.
-Pricing on the Website is as indicated (either in Unites States Dollar-USD or New Zealand Dollar-NZD) and includes GST (goods and services tax) of 15%.
-We are using Paypal as a payment gateway and we do accept VISA, Mastercard and all major credit cards.
-Upfront payment for Flights and Accommodation to confirm booking. Due to its nature, domestic flights booked through us are non-refundable and non-cancellable at any time. Accommodation terms will be clearly disclosed on each booking.
-Full payment are required at the time of booking except for Packaged/Custom Tours wherein a deposit will be required to confirm the booking and full payment to be made days before the start of the tour.
-Day Tours & Experiences
More than 7 days before the start of the tour $30 pp cancellation fee
4-7 days before the start of the tour-25% cancellation fee or $30 pp cancellation fee, whichever is higher
Less than 72 hours before the start of the tour-100% cancellation fee applies
-Packages Tours/Custom Tours/Transfers
Loss of deposit at any time
Flights are non-refundable/non-rebookable at any time
Accommodations cancellation terms will be stated on each booking
Less than 30 days before arrival-50% cancellation fee + flights + accommodation + any other non-cancellable portion of the package.
Less than 15 days before the start of the booking-100% cancellation fee applies.
The client acknowledges that we may use their image captured during the course of the tour/activity and maybe posted on Social Media pages and Websites.
